Job Description:As a Beer Sales Representative for North Country Brewing Co.
, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building relationships with retailers, and driving sales growth in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
This role requires a passion for craft beer, strong sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships (but not limited to) with retail accounts, including bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.
Drive sales by promoting our portfolio of craft beers, conducting tastings, and educating customers on beer styles, flavors, and brewing techniques.
Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new accounts to expand our market reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, tastings, and brewery visits to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product recommendations .
Achieve and exceed sales targets, while effectively managing expenses and maximizing profitability.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the Head Brewer and DO.
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer, with the ability to articulate beer styles, flavor profiles, and brewing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
