Sales Professional--Technical Sales Engineer

Cross is a Nationally recognized provider of Industrial Tooling, Integrated Supply, Metrology, Automation, Regrinding, Fixturing, ISO/IEC 17025 Calibration and Engineered Solutions.
We are looking for new additions to our Team.
Experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred, especially if familiar with machining concepts and cutting tools.
No sales experience is required.
Those with a background in machining, CNC operations, engineering, inspection, or sales in any industry are welcome to apply.
In general, we sell all the products necessary for our manufacturing customers to produce products.
Tooling, Gaging, Handling, etc.
In addition, we offer programs to our customers to manage their tooling processes.

* Strong people skills to interact with key customer and supplier personnel at all levels: Executive Management, Plant Managers, Cell Leaders, Machine Operators, Maintenance, Accounting, Sales, etc.
* Manufacturing understanding for use of engineered cutting tools & metrology
* Familiarity with Cost Savings Processes and Documentation
* Coordinate and document supplier and customer activity
* Strong Business acumen
* Ability to work independently and time-management to achieve set goals.
* The ability to prioritize tasks and estimate value
* Respectful and concise communication skills: both orally and in writing
* Interest in Continuous Education and Personal Improvement
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products: Especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Power Point
* Local/Regional Travel as required (primarily focused on Central to Northwest PA )
