You do not need to be licensed in insurance to accept the position, but you will need it before you can begin! American National offers 3 months of paid training, which starts at $4000 per month! You will train with our knowledgeable specialists to get you on the right track for success! Plus a $4000 bonus once you complete our training program! After your paid training is complete you will become a captive agent with American National and receive commission only compensation as follows: Property and Casualty: Year 1 - 35% yearly premium up front Year 2 - 25% yearly premium up front Year 3 - variable rate 12-20% yearly premium up front Life 85% yearly premium up front You will also be entitled to receive residual commissions indefinitely as long as the client remains with American National.
