Bear's Furniture & Mattress, a leading furniture and mattress retailer in Franklin, PA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect furniture and mattress solutions to meet their needs and preferences.
* Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
* Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales events, and inventory availability to effectively communicate with customers.
* Actively engage with customers, identify their requirements, and offer appropriate product options and upsell opportunities.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and arranging delivery schedules.
* Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
* Assist with merchandising tasks, including product displays, pricing, and inventory management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
