Senior Guest Advisor/Key Holder

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail store - Ensure efficient and effective use of time management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines - Provide excellent customer service, including phone etiquette and resolving customer complaints or issues - Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties - Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are properly displayed and organized - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for increasing sales - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management Experience: - Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of wireless sales industry is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory management We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for qualified candidates.
