General Management
· Perform excellent customer service and supervisory skills at all times
· Maintain company standard for fresh food preparation and delivery
· Properly train and supervise store personnel
· Maintain a clean, friendly store environment
· Perform daily store management and reporting duties
· Grow sales by operational excellence
· Monitor sales trends
· Ensure compliance with all company, county, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations including, but not limited to food, tobacco and alcohol regulations
· Maintain respectful working relationship with vendors
· Be available to work additional hours as necessary
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Supervision, compliance and development of all store employees
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience and Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Able to respond to location emergencies in a timely manner
• 21 years of age
• Valid Drivers license that meets company policy
• Reliable transportation
