Alton Real Estate, LLC is urgently hiring for a general cleaning person who will help get apartments and houses ready for new tenants to move in.
We prefer the applicant to have a vehicle as this job does not happen in just one place.
We have multiple properties and you could be at two or more different sites in a days time.
It all depends on what work needs completed.
The person must know how to clean, and not mind doing it.
Cleaning jobs can include stoves, refrigerators, walls, floors, bathtubs and showers, toilets, windows, register vents, and more.
Also, we need a person who is able and reliable to work with little to no supervision.
You must have your own health insurance, and smart phone.
We use _on the clock_ app to punch in and out for work.
