has a full-time opening for a Property Manager at a 100-unit, senior / elderly / disabled high-rise building in Oil City, PA.
This position will utilize your experience with affordable housing (Section 8 & HUD) as well as your financial and customer service skills.
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property including: Financial Management, Maintenance (managing 2 full-time Maintenance employees), maintaining a wait-list for future tenants, filling vacant units and ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property is to Company standards.

The successful outcome of a Property Manager will include:
Delinquency rate of 5% or less
Occupancy rate of 98% or more
Managing a 2-person Maintenance staff to ensure that vacant units are turned within a 7-day average
Having a steady wait list of future residents that would like to live at the property
Adherence to the yearly budget
Maintaining positive relationships with residents
Skills needed to be successful as the Property Manager include:
Affordable housing experience (Section 8 and HUD)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use computer software including RealPage/Onesite, Google Programs, Check scanners, printers and copy machines
Ability to manage people and maintain a positive work environment
Financial efficiency to manage rents, collections and budgets
Requirements for the Property Manager include:
Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance
Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen
HS diploma or equivalent
