*Essential Duties:*
Will handle all legal matters as directed for Crawford County Children and Youth Services providing advice, training, and service to the agency regarding matters involving the juvenile dependency system, expunction hearings, orphans court matters, and appeals to ensure the agency is acting in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations.
The Assistant Attorney will be responsible for maintaining their own caseload and assist with other matters where necessary.
*Qualifications:*
Two years of progressively responsible experience in professional legal work and graduation from an approved school of law; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
*Necessary Special Requirements:* Possession of a certificate of admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
*Pay*: $60,000 - $68,370 subject to salary board negotiations
