Night Auditor/Front Desk

The Quality Inn of Clarion is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team.
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions at night and maintaining the general accounting records of the hotel.
We're looking for a hard-working individual with a commitment to service, accuracy and attention to detail.
Cover other desk shifts as necessary.
Responsibilities: *Responsibilities* Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Warmly Greeting guests as they arrive or depart the hotel * Checking guests in and/or out of their room * Answering the telephone and responding to guest inquiries * Making, modifying, cancelling reservations * Assigning rooms to current day arrivals, processing deposits on prepaid reservations and routing billing to appropriate accounts.
* Communicating guest requests with appropriate personnel * Going above and beyond to assist guests when in need * Computer skills required to perform most functions of this role * Proper phone and radio etiquette * Posting market items to guest reservations and taking cash for market sales when needed * Maintaining a balanced cash drawer * Processing credit card payments * Replenishing coffee station * Tidying up lobby area during down times * Successfully completing any other reasonable task requested by management Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Overnight shift * Weekends as needed Work setting: * In-person Work Location: In person
