Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere * Flexible working hours ```Duties:``` - Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses - Review financial records, such as income statements and expense reports, to determine tax liabilities - Utilize tax software to input and calculate tax information - Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations - Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to accurately advise clients - Maintain confidentiality of client information ```Qualifications:``` - Strong math skills with the ability to accurately analyze financial data - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry - Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices - Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including knowledge of current market trends - Experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or financial sales is a plus - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
